Birth Control

Birth Control

What It Is

Oral contraception (birth control) offers women a preventive method to avoid unplanned pregnancy. Birth control does not protect against STDs or HIV. Oral contraception is not recommended for women who smoke or those who have a history of blood clots as this increases the risk for cardiovascular events, blood clots, and stroke.

Our Treatment
  • We offer a range of oral contraceptive options to meet your individual needs. This includes estrogen and progestin combination pills as well as progestin-only birth control.
